Daniel is a Co-Founder & Principal of FPM Partners, where he is responsible for the firm’s investment strategy and day-to-day operations. Since co-founding FPM in 2019, Daniel has overseen all portfolio and asset management and helped lead all execution, financing, disposition, and capital raising efforts for the firm.

Daniel has more than 15 years of multifamily and investing experience. Prior to co-founding FPM, Daniel most recently served as a Vice President of Investments at CIM Group, a $30bn owner and operator of real estate throughout the United States. Daniel spent six years at CIM and helped lead acquisition and asset management activities in various West Coast markets.

Daniel graduated magna cum laude from Yale University and received his MBA from Stanford University.

James is a Co-Founder & Principal of FPM Partners, where he is responsible for the firm’s investment strategy and all acquisition efforts. Since co-founding FPM in 2019, James has spearheaded all investment sourcing and helped lead all acquisition, financing, disposition, and capital raising activities.

James has nearly 20 years of multifamily experience. Prior to co-founding Four Peaks, James served as Head of Acquisitions at JRK Property Holdings (NMHC Top 50 Owner of Multifamily). At JRK, James spent 14 years helping grow the investment platform and led approximately $4bn of acquisitions and $1.5bn of dispositions across 30 states and 30,000 units.

James is an active member of the National Multifamily Housing Council and the Urban Land Institute. James received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Jim is the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel for FPM Partners where he oversees the company’s day-to-day operations. In his role as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel, Jim is intimately involved in all areas of operations, human resources, acquisitions and dispositions.

Jim has more than 15 years of multifamily experience. Prior to FPM, Jim served as General Counsel and Executive Vice President for JRK Property Holdings, Inc. where he managed the company’s legal division, human resource division, risk management division, tax division, compliance team and served on the firm’s Senior Executive and Investment Committees.

Jim graduated cum laude with a degree in Finance from Pepperdine University and received his JD from the College of William & Mary where he was an editor on the Business Law Review.

Erich is the Senior Vice President of Investments at FPM Partners, where he is responsible for overseeing portfolio performance, analyzing new opportunities, and structuring transactions.

Prior to joining FPM, Erich worked on multifamily debt originations at JLL and on multifamily acquisitions and asset management at Lion Real Estate Group.

Erich graduated from California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo with a B.S. in Business Administration.

Margarita is the Senior Vice President of Finance at FPM Partners, where she oversees all accounting, finance, and reporting functions.

Prior to joining FPM, Margarita worked at American Realty Advisors as a Vice President and Senior Fund Controller, overseeing all accounting and reporting of an open-ended value-add commingled fund. Margarita previously worked at Ernst and Young, LLP, where she spent the majority of her time in the assurance practice within the real estate group.

Margarita is a licensed CPA and graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a B.S. in Accounting.

Meghan is a Senior Vice President of Asset Management at FPM Partners, overseeing the firm’s assets in Nevada, Utah, Montana, New Mexico, and Colorado.

Prior to joining FPM, Meghan worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Bold Partners and was responsible for the performance of nearly 100 properties encompassing 1,000 units. She previously held investment roles at Gaw Capital Advisors, Tavros Holdings, Broadway Partners, and Eastdil Secured. Over the course of her career, Meghan has been heavily involved in acquisitions, asset management, and construction across all property types with a focus on multifamily properties.

Meghan has more than 14 years of real estate experience and graduated from the University of Southern California with a BS in Business Administration.

Matt is a Vice President of Acquisitions at FPM Partners, where he is responsible for sourcing and evaluating new investments.

Before joining FPM, Matt was an Acquisitions Associate at Aragon Holdings and was involved in the expansion and ultimate disposition of its 15,000-unit portfolio.

Matt received a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, graduating with honors.

JT is a Vice President of Acquisitions at FPM Partners, where he is responsible for sourcing and evaluating new investments.

Before joining FPM, JT was a Director at CARROLL and led the firm’s acquisition efforts in Texas. JT previously held acquisition roles at Bell Partners, Berkshire Residential Investments, and Mount Auburn Multifamily.

JT received a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Colgate University.

Kevin is the Vice President of Construction at FPM Partners, where he oversees all capital projects, renovations, and due diligence inspections.

Before joining FPM Partners, Kevin began his career in the multifamily industry at Waterton Residential, serving as their Capital Program Manager of West Coast capital improvements. Most recently, he worked as a Regional Quality Assurance and Quality Control Manager for multifamily development at The Morgan Group.

Kevin has over a decade of multifamily experience and has an M.A. in International Relations and a B.A. in Political Science from Texas State University.

Caleb is an Asset Manager at FPM Partners, responsible for overseeing the firm’s real estate assets across Texas, Indiana, and Ohio.

Prior to joining FPM Partners, Caleb served as an Asset Manager at Bellrock Real Estate Partners, where he managed a portfolio of 2,500 units. Prior to his time at Bellrock, Caleb was an Asset Manager at Olympus Property, where he played a key role in establishing the internal asset management department which oversaw over 50 assets encompassing 15,000 units.

Caleb has over a decade of multifamily experience and received both a BBA and MS in Accounting from the University of Texas, Arlington.
